The founders: A vision of flexible housing
Jean-Marc and Mandela created Flexiroom based on one observation: in an era marked by mobility (expatriation, international careers, studying abroad), traditional housing options are no longer sufficient. Rigid, long-term leases do not meet the needs of young professionals and expatriates. To address this reality, they came up with the idea of flexible co-living residences: stays of two months or more in premium furnished accommodation, designed to adapt to new ways of living.

Twice a week, Melanie ensures that the common areas are clean and in good working order. She also cleans the rooms on request. Discreet but efficient, she makes sure that every space remains clean, functional and pleasant to live in.
