Yes, every house has a laundry room with washing machines, dryers, iron and ironing board. The number of laundry appliances depends on the number of housemates.

No, the kitchen is fully equipped, you don’t need anything!

No, for health and safety reasons, smoking is not allowed inside the residences, even in private spaces. Ashtrays are however available outside.

Even though we love animals, pets are not allowed for hygienic reasons in the common spaces and for our members who may be allergic.

Yes, we do welcome couples in our fully equipped and furnished studios

Yes, our housekeeping service takes care of common areas, but can intervene in your private space at request.

A friend or a family member is welcome to stay over with you for a few days, you just need to inform us beforehand.

Yes of course, you can receive your postal mail at the residence in which you are staying.

Our rent prices are all-inclusive, meaning that the price you see is the price you pay, no additional fees will be applicable.

Your stay should be for a minimum of three months.

While we have a minimum stay period of 3 months, we do not impose any maximum period for your stay.

We acknowledge that Life is full of hazards so we do our best to remain flexible. You can request a lease termination by directly reaching out to us, but this is completely subject to your lease terms, we try to be as much flexible as possible.

Our contracts are adapted to today’s lifestyles and are totally flexible. You can choose either a fixed duration and not cancellable contract, or an indefinite duration contract with two-month prior notice.

The amount of the deposit is equal to two-month rent.

During the application process, we will ask you for a copy of your ID card along with a copy of your job agreement.

After the reception of these documents, we will review them and respond within 24 hours.

Once approved, you will receive ​the lease contract to sign electronically (super easy), and an online invoice to pay your upfront payments.

After signing and payments, you will officially be a Flexiroomer.

Given the current context, in-person visits are not possible in order to keep our tenants safe and healthy, but still we do our best to be able to schedule virtual tours to our residences to allow you to discover all common spaces of the house.

We follow and support all sanitary and government recommendations. Currently, our events are suspended and we favor digital events. It’s so important for us to keep our Flexiroom Community healthy and safe.
